Our Direct Client is looking to hire a Network KPI Engineer.

Position : Network KPI Engineer
Location : Littleton CO 80112
Duration : 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Analyze 5G core network KPIs values, compare with the Industry standards, discuss with the vendors, understand the reason behind the drop, identify improvements opportunities and report to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
Collaborate with 5G Core team members to get and provide feedback on the Core KPIs values, and develop strategy to report KPis to senior management.
Assess processes, tools to collect performance data and identify improvement opportunities
Execute performance improvement projects through definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control to address opportunities.
Track the definition, deployment, and institutionalization of improvement projects related to Network performance.
Track the status of opportunities and improvements
Develop, measure, analyze KPIs and metrics to drive improvement.

Specific qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, and 2+ years of related experience
Experience in managing and analysing Network KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity).
Experience with Nokia Core products KPIs a plus
Experience using data to drive improvements.
