Atrilogy's direct-client is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to lead their UX efforts. This role is a full-time, direct hire position and 100% Remote.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Analyze and interpret business requirements that often include complex workflows and financial data.
Lead UX discovery, including selecting the most impactful activities and artifacts to complete, and asking incisive questions that make the most of limited time with stakeholders, users, or Subject Matter Experts.
Create artifacts at appropriate levels of fidelity that help clarify business and user needs as well as current and future user flows (e.g., personas, scenarios, flow diagrams).
Develop and document information architecture, screen concepts, functionality, and interaction design (e.g., sitemaps, screen sketches, wireframes, prototypes).
Research and apply best practices, reuse existing patterns, and work within a visual style guide – except when it’s not the best way to meet the current business and user needs. In that case, create smart, new solutions and patterns.
Professionally present UX concepts, recommendations, and deliverables, advocate for the optimal user experience, and facilitate feedback sessions.
Plan, moderate, and report on usability tests.
Collaborate closely and effectively with other functional roles, such as product managers, business analysts, business systems analysts, engineers, and quality assurance/engineering teammates.
Support development and QA teammates during grooming, building, and testing, to answer questions, ensure the vision stays intact, and perform UX QA.
Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Educate teammates about UX best practices and research.
Provide design critiques and guidance to other team members.
Champion a unified design language across multiple scrum teams.
Help to maintain the style guide, pattern library, and other resources.
