Our premier direct end client is looking for 100% Remote - Account Director, 12+ Months Contract.

Title: Account Director

Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Position: 100% Remote (Chicago, CST ONLY)

Visa: USC / GCs and no sponsorship

Job Description
The Account Director will manage day to day deliverables and work closely with all departments to ensure program strategic insights are aligned with program strategy and are incorporated into optimization efforts. Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition. Provide vision, inspiration and strategic leadership to both the agency team and the clients. Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships. Drive Growth of scope of work ensuring the account is positively contributing to the agency’s revenue growth and profitability. Develop and mentor team members; provide feedback and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
Vast experience in a marketing/advertising agency with additional experience in a specific discipline, such as CRM, digital, email B2B, B2C, promotions or loyalty
A combination of diverse skills (strategy, operational, data processing, data serving via digital ad platforms)
Proven client relationship development and management skills
Experience managing a team effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high-level client presentation skills; experienced public speaker
Expertise in marketing strategies, synthesis of database analysis, strategy development and creative development
Must be a natural leader who can collaboratively and effectively lead an agency team
Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
Ability to grasp and explain agency capabilities in a manner linked to clients' needs
