Duration: Full-Time / Direct Hire & 6 Months Contract to Hire

Position: Product Owner
Location: Onsite – M to F at Littleton, CO
Salary / Rates: $ Market Range
Visa: USC / GCs / EAD-GCs / H1Bs and no sponsorship

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • This high energy product owner will be working directly with business and development teams across the organization along with offshore teams.
  • They will be leading the feature intake, planning, and requirements gathering, to achieve the overall goals of the business.  
  • Lead and influence a cross functional team to ensure the team delivers products that meet business requirements/needs and delivers business and operational value to customers
  • Facilitate feature intake, sprint planning sessions, daily team stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
  • Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that may include technical requirements
  • Track and report on teamwork completed, capacity, backlog, velocity, etc.
  • Break down and prioritize delivery of products and features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross-product dependencies
  • Use metrics and feedback to improve team and organization processes, best practices, performance, and delivery.
Skills, Experience, and Requirement:
  • B.S. in a technical discipline (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analyst)
  • 5-8 Years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager Experience
  • Self-Motivated Individual with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile process and methodologies.
A Successful Technical Product Owner will have the following:
  • Experience/Exposure to AWS Cloud Native Technologies
  • Rally Experience
  • Jira Experience
  • Excellent communication, and project management skills.
