Platform Owner-Credit & Fraud Technology

Atrilogys direct client is seeking a Platform Owner, Credit & Fraud Risk Technology to join their team on a Direct Hire basis. This is a 100% remote role.  

We are looking for Platform Owners to help our client reimagine banking and build the next generation bank. A different bank. One that gives consumers the support they need to make better financial decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business including partners in Credit and Fraud, product owners, developers, designers, and researchers to deliver new capabilities that continue to drive value for the customer.

In this role you will:
Reinvent retail banking. Our client is building this bank from scratch which means we can leverage new technology and approaches to redefine banking. You will work closely with Credit and Fraud, product owners, developers, designers, and researchers to deliver new, innovative ways to streamline the customer experience while managing new, emerging risks. Constantly challenge the status quo.
Put the customer first. Always look at it from the customer’s point of view. Every experience begins with empathy and empathy begins with listening. Understand them well enough to not only meet their needs but anticipate them.
Leverage the data. As a Platform Owner, you will continuously evaluate our customer interactions from pre-market research through existing customer data to always find new ways to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross functional teams (Credit, Fraud, Product, Engineering, etc) to define and deliver requirements that result in innovative, market leading capabilities across our digital products
  • Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in support of research and in-market monitoring for continual platform / experience refinement
  • Maintain ownership of the Credit and Fraud Risk platform roadmap, including near term prioritization of features and longer term capabilities to meet future product needs
  • Responsible to be a primary interface with key partners/suppliers that provide capabilities across the Credit and Fraud Risk platforms

Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5+ years of experience Platform Owner and/or Product Owner

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Platform / Product Owners managing a team of developers to deliver Credit or Fraud risk systems and capabilities
  • Experience leading cross functional teams through complex decision-making to achieve optimized outcomes
  • Experience managing stakeholder groups to align on an optimal way forward balancing numerous constraints
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with OKRs and analyzing data to inform a product roadmap

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of risk systems (i.e. Provenir, PowerCurve, FICO)
  • Working knowledge of Fraud tools and vendors (Socure, Telesign, ThreatMetrix, etc)
  • Experience working with highly analytical teams that focus on analyzing and transforming data to achieve their goals
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Experience using JIRA as a tracking tool
