Sitecore Engineer

Our Direct Client is looking to hire a Software Developer near Scottsdale, AZ 85260,

Responsibilities include - design, build and implementation of software solutions on .NET platform, utilizing Sitecore technology, in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will help build innovative solutions to real market problems. You will also work closely with a team of business analysts and engineers to develop automated testing frameworks as well as drive standardized logging and monitoring discipline across all applications.

The ideal candidate is a naturally curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with an iterative approach to problem solving and solution building. The candidate must be willing to drive discussions to identify and elicit requirements from stakeholders rather than develop from pre-defined requirements.  A readiness to bring stakeholders together and leverage previous experience to hone a high-level request into a fully operationalized solution is a must.  Flexibility and a desire to continuously develop new skills is key to success in this fast- paced, agile environment.

What you’ll be doing


 
  • The Engineer needs to be able to learn, construct and implement stable, re-usable and industry leading solutions and frameworks. This person will support existing infrastructure as well as develop new applications.
  • Develops new Web applications utilizing existing, packaged, or customized applications.
  • Develops database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
  • Creates development plans and structure for iPad and other mobile device applications.
  • Ensures applications meet requirements and desired quality and signs off on all technical aspects of work.
  • Performs complete testing of Web applications–unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
  • Works closely with internal and vendor partner technical teams.
  • Designs and implement user-driven templates, databases, and interfaces for ease of use.
  • Must be service oriented and help our internal customer needs.
  • Must be proactive and reach out to team members and other employees regularly
  • Must be able to work in a very fast-paced global environment.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, test, and support new Sitecore 10.2 features defined by business project team.
  • Participate in discussions with product owner to refine requirements.
  • Work with the rest of the development team, helping where appropriate



Technical skills:
  • Sitecore developer with 4+ years Supporting and Developing Sitecore solutions (must have)
  • Senior or semi-senior MVC C# developer (must have)
  • 4+ years’ experience with front end development: javascript, css, HTML. (Must have)
  • Experience with personalization features and xDB with MongoDB (nice to have)
  • Familiar with secure coding practices - how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic
