Project Manager - 100% REMOTE

Atrilogy’s direct client is seeking a strong and passionate Project Manager for their Product Team. This is 100% REMOTE, 6-month Contract to Hire.

  • Responsible for management and delivery of cross functional, complex projects/initiatives iteratively.
  • Leads by example, demonstrates adoption of industry standard agile practices for project deliveries
  • Works with the product managers, technical teams, and business partners to identify requirements, define scope and estimate timelines.
  • Responsible for facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning, prioritization meetings with the business stakeholder and technical design discussions with Technical Teams
  • Responsible for creating Project/Product status reports
  • Demonstrates excellent organization skills. Maintain project and product documentation. Maintains Financial documentation, invoice approvals.
  • Responsible for project and resource planning,
  • Works with the product manager and program manager to develop product roadmaps and annual budgets.
  • Creative thinking and problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with working with engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Current Agile Practitioner, Scrum Certification preferred.
  • Strong and proven track record of implementation/adoption of Agile methodologies and practices (Kanban)
  • Strong project management skills including effective organization and successful demonstration of leadership skills to direct and manage multiple, complex projects through completion.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with high degree of ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Proficient in JIRA – creating sprints, epics, user stories
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Financial/budgeting acumen.
