ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Audible Marketing Operations team is looking for a Promotions Production Manager to plan and execute promotions in support of customer acquisition and member retention programs. This role will have the opportunity to work with marketers to shape innovative customer-focused programs designed to deepen member relationships and enhance our acquisition efforts.

As a Promotions Production Manager you will...
Manage end-to-end workflow for promotion production requests; oversee marketer requests, determine prioritization, and maintain compliance with SLAs.
Provide tactical guidance on promotions to business stakeholders and serve as an internal subject matter expert on tools used to build and deploy offers.
Partner with QA teams in Marketing Ops and Technology to ensure that promotions are properly configured and that the supporting customer experience (marketing landing pages and redemption flow) function as intended; ensure that customer eligibility for promotions is properly gated to prevent customer escalations and fraud.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and documentation for marketers on promotional capabilities, guardrails, and best practices for implementation.
Work with Customer Care, Marketing, and Technology to address promotions-related escalations and ensure support requests and customer mitigation are addressed in a timely manner.
Partner with Tech and Data Engineering teams to diagnose and drive resolution of technical issues impacting promotions, including customer targeting and data hygiene issues.
Coordinate with Marketing, Technology, and Product teams on prioritization of feature enhancements and roadmap for development of new promotional capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or related technical roles involving support of outbound (email/push), website, and in-app campaigns.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements gathering.
Technically capable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in Jira or similar project/workflow management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study.
E-commerce experience (including prior experience with membership- or subscription-based businesses in a B2B or B2C industry.
Familiarity with SQL queries and experience working with databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization and reporting tools.
