Atrilogy Solutions Group’s direct client is searching for Senior ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator to join their team for a permanent position.

Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator (100% Remote)
Location: Houston, TX, 100% Remote (must be able to work Central time zone)
Duration: Full Time  
  • ServiceNow ‘Certified System Administrator’ certification required.
  • ServiceNow ‘CIS-Discovery’ certification required.

MUST HAVE EXP:  
 ITOM Visibility products, Discovery and Service Mapping, and these are essential for this position.

Job Description:
You will be working for a super cool boss at a billion dollar company in the facility management industry! 
You will be joining a small group (4 person team of an Admin, BA, QA)
Discovery is the main focus (should understand server/infrastructure terminology)



The ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer will work as part of the ServiceNow Team to administrate the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications, such as SnowMirror, and develop solutions that advance the internal and external capabilities of Client. The role will have a focus on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the IT Operations Management products, namely Discovery and Service Mapping, and ongoing support of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

** Lots of Development work, building new portals and integrations, maintaining existing portal and new portal widgets, advanced admin work 
  • Required minimum of four years’ experience with ServiceNow Administration and Development.
  • Required minimum of two years’ experience with configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. Implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Preference for experience with entire IT Operations Management (ITOM) product line, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, etc.
  • Required minimum of two years’ experience working in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.
  • Required minimum of two years’ experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
Required minimum of two years’ experience in medium- to large-size enterprise IT environment. 
  • Administrate all aspects of ServiceNow across core platform applications including ITSM, CSM, ITOM as well as third party or custom applications such as Nuvolo and B+S Connects
  • Create and test business rules, client scripts, UI/Data policies, custom portal widgets, scheduled jobs, ACLs, notifications, etc.
  • Design, build and test workflows via legacy Workflow Editor and Flow Designer for use with catalogue items, integrations, automations, etc.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Management, Instrumentation and Discovery (MID) servers.
  • Build custom probes and patterns for ServiceNow Discovery; Validate discovery results and troubleshooting as required
  • Manage a multi-source CMDB utilizing the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to increase the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems with an understanding of REST, SOAP and other web service architectures.
Create and update documentation in support of development efforts.

PLUS SKILLS:
  • Bachelor of Science/Arts in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • ServiceNow ‘Certified System Administrator’ certification required.
  • ServiceNow ‘CIS-Discovery’ certification required.
  • ServiceNow ‘CIS-Service Mapping’ certification strongly preferred.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification required.
