Desktop Support Technician(MS Intune/Jamf/MAC/Windows/SQL)

Atrilogy’s direct Client is looking for a Systems Support Technician to work on their direct client based in Los Angeles, CA who can work on 6 Months Contract to Hire Basis. This person will be required to work onsite 2-3 days in a week hence COVID vaccination is mandatory for this role.
GENERAL SUMMARY, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems.
Administers installs and troubleshoots a variety of operating systems and performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, and file maintenance.
Schedules installs, and tests system software upgrades.
Configures software and resolves technical problems.
Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements.
Secondary duties include providing moderately complex technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, and other remote methods daily.
Must be also familiar with analog and digital phone systems, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
Will need to address and respond to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Provides customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
And is required to document client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken and possesses a strong understanding of the organization's products and services.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Solid understanding of Information Technology, and advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Experience in Network Administration and Communications Systems and related hardware and software.
Technical knowledge of PCs, and a variety of operating systems.
Excellent planning and organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
Apple Mac hardware and software support experience is a plus.
