One of our national financial clients is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the FinTech industry. This role is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity and it is 100% Remote.
Our client is a leading financial institution that designs and distributes highly innovative investment and retirement solutions that have been revolutionizing the retirement planning industry for over 15 years. We have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst (BA) will act as the technical liaison between our clients, and other stakeholders to assist in the collection and development of business requirements.
Experience with record keepers (NFS, DTCC, DST, etc.)
A high degree of technical proficiency will be required as well as attention to detail as the messaging between systems is of critical importance to the functionality of the platform.
Working with cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will partner with clients, vendors, SMEs and Technology to document, capture, communicate and validate business requirements.
Documenting requirements & user stories will be used for writing technical documentation; experience creating process flows; working with stakeholders to drive requirements and process flows.
Analyzing business processes and delivering business requirements.
Establish and build relationships with stakeholders to drive partnerships and deliver excellent customer service.
Assist with project leadership to develop and maintain documentation or best practices, as well as assist the TPM and other leadership in the preparation of business cases.
Desired Skills and Experience:
7 plus years working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner,
Experience developing requirements
Experience modeling business process flows
Experience working with cross functional teams
Large enterprise company experience
Financial Services industry experience is a plus
