Our end client in the financial services industry is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in to work 100% Remote from anywhere across the U.S. as a full-time employee. Direct-Hire/ Perm.
This person will support and administer the SF org
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Understand metadata that drives the ecosystem
Don’t need to know how to code apex but understand it
Understand security and data models
Certifications are a plus, a lot of what this person is going checks the certs exam stuff
What Is the opportunity? The Salesforce Administrator is responsible to ensure that client’s Salesforce.com ecosystem is effective in meeting the business needs within the Division. The position will provide both strategic as well as day to day oversight over the configuration and management of the Salesforce instance, best practice recommendations, implementation of various bi-directional integrations and advanced workflows etc. This position will work closely with business management and stakeholders, business analysts and users within a fast-growing environment to ensure the enterprise solution is built for scale and delivery of key insights.
What will you do? Serve as the internal SME during the Implementation phase of Salesforce CRM. Work closely with executive stake holders, implementation partner, various internal IT and business teams and other 3rd party vendors to deliver a fully functioning CRM platform based on business requirements. Analyze implications of customizations within Salesforce and ensure adoption of best practices and standardized procedures. Configure and deploy Salesforce within the Division and provide ongoing administration and support post implementation, including user setup, profiles and roles, security, amend existing accounts, fields, record types, page layouts and data validations. Troubleshoot for business users, and configure the system as needed to adapt to business needs. Research, recommend and implement various Salesforce-based solutions along with integrations with third party apps and in-house applications including enterprise ETL and data integration frameworks, mobile device management as well as information security encryption broker solutions. Manage regular system maintenance and data cleansing activities, and proactively drive improvements to Salesforce and data governance strategies. Assist end users with process, workflows, and develop and create custom reports & dashboards within Salesforce. Develop and implement training for new users as well as encourage existing users to use the system daily with best practices in mind. Keep materials up-to-date and communicate future Salesforce releases and enhancements. Keep abreast of industry updates, new releases, and best practices. Review white papers and other Application exchange products that will ease business challenges.
What Do You Need To Succeed?
Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree Minimum 4 years of experience as a SalesForce.com Administrator
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
Skills and Knowledge
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred. Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices. Demonstrated ability to configure objects, fields, formulas, emails, triggers, workflows reports including dashboard and analytics Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies Working knowledge of SQL, APEX classes and triggers, APIs is preferred
