Product Manager- Product owner Wireless

This is an onsite role in Littleton, CO.
The Product Owner will work with business partners and Product Manager to establish the hierarchy of initiatives and features required for cross-functional development teams, including descriptions and acceptance criteria.
The product owner will be responsible for developing the user stories required for their domain and will work with the product manager to determine impacted teams, establish the relevant dependencies, and documentation.  
    • Own and manage intake of work to the backlog for the product
    • Work with business owners/stakeholders  to better understand feature requests 
    • Work with business owners/stakeholders on story creation and acceptance criteria for feature requests
    • Provide technical requirement clarification for developers
    • Facilitate iteration planning efforts to ensure that development teams have organized work for release sprints.
    • Facilitate meetings with development teams to address issues, concerns, project plan etc
    • Work with stakeholder to test and provide acceptance of story completion
    • Meet with other POs/PdM working on dependencies for larger efforts/programs, as well as, identifying best practices and processes
    • Track and report on the work completed, backlog, velocity, etc for the product

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

    • Experience with feature and story creation, prioritization, and maturation as well as leading Agile teams of analysts, developers, testers, and configurators
    • Experience working as a Product Owner or Technical Lead on an Agile software development team
    • Great communication skills - someone who is exceptional at building trust, persuading stakeholders, inspiring team members, understanding problems and identifying solutions.
    • Self-starter requiring minimal direction 
    • Wireless Experience
