Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant (30 hours/week)

Phoenix, AZ
Atrilogy’s direct client is seeking an A/R Admin to work Part-Time (30 hours per week) from 8am to 2pm. 100% REMOTE, MUST BE local to Phoenix, AZ. This is a 6+ month Contract.

The A/R Admin will support the department by performing a variety of routine and some non-routine Clerical/support functions in accordance with standard Procedures.
  • Supports the department and/or function by answering phones within an established phone queue that requires customer service experience.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis.
  • May access various database to solve routine issues or inquiries and verify information.
  • Resolves routine questions or problems by referencing established policies and procedures.
  • May perform customer services follow-up activates via phone, email, etc.
  • Support special projects and assignments by providing clerical or procedural support.
  • Maintains quality service by following Company standards and procedures.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Accountability: Works under general supervision and follows established procedures. May exercise some discretion/judgement to solve problems.
  • Leadership: Provides guidance and knowledge of department materials and information to other employees in the department.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with general office procedures and office equipment plus special knowledge of company organization, policies, personnel, and terminology unique to functional aera assigned.
  • Relationship Management: Solid verbal and interpersonal skills in dealing with others internally and externally. Communicate accurate response in assigned area. Be able to respond to verbal and written request concerning area of work with or without eliciting needed information.
  • Problem solving: Complies and analyzes data from number of sources. Revises and edits simple routine reports. Creates spreadsheets. May prepare reports, statistical information and develop simple charts, graphs, and tables.
