What You’ll Do:
Define and maintain best practices and development of reusable tools/frameworks and repeatable processes
Work with Leads to implement best practices and department processes
Contribute to technical discussions for internal and client facing meetings
Ensure all aspects are developed to the company standard, within the allocated timeframes
Provide technical support, resolving bugs and issues
Provide innovative solutions and accurate time estimations to the sales and project management team
Identify and manage risk on projects
Who You Are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent training and/or experience
You can communicate clearly and display a high level of professionalism, including the ability to work with internal/external
You have 1-3 or more years of software development experience demonstrating basic programming skills, application analysis and testing
You have 1 or more years of developing Web applications with content management focus
You have experience with Bootstrap, Foundation or similar systems
You have experience working w/ build tools (Gulp, Yarn and NPM)
You understand industry best practices related to email development
You have experience developing for cross-browser compatibility
You have a basic understanding of terminal / command prompt
Your familiar with responsive web development for multi-touch devices
You have working experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
