Business Systems Analyst II - D365

Remote, Remote
Our direct client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a Full Time Direct Hire.

Client is open to Remote and have the candidate travel when needed based on project.

25% Travel Required  - (Up to 25% travel is required for this role.  Travel is based on project needs.  At this time the client is adhering to travel restrictions but candidates must be willing to travel once restrictions are lifted)
 
  • Location: Open, REMOTE plus Travel, - 25% Travel based on project needs
  • permanent-direct hire roles only.
  • Salary plus 10% Bonus and great benefits

Remote: preference is that the candidate reside in states where Divisions:  AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA

If candidates experience with D365 or AX is limited they MUST HAVE the minimum of 5 years of experience with other ERP platforms 

The key skillsets to focus on:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business management or equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
  • 5+ years ERP systems experience required
  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365and/or AX experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
  • Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint, OneDrive and Box
  • Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
  • Understand intermediate internet and client/server architectures
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of SQL databases
 
The Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II) is an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to understand and document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and business requirements.  Additionally, the BSA II is required to translate business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions.  The BSA II plays a key role in the planning, analysis, design and testing phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects, working closely with business stakeholders and the entire project team to ensure project success.

Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business management or equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 1+ years of Metals industry experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
  • 5+ years ERP systems experience required
  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365and/or AX experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
  • Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint, OneDrive and Box
  • Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
