Business Systems Analyst III - MS Dynamics -D365

Our direct client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III for Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 for a Full Time Direct Hire AND Contract.

There are several open positions: 1 contract and 3 Full Time Direct Hire

1  - BSA Level 3  Full TIme Direct Hire(7 years of ERP)
1 - Contract Role Level 3  ( 7 years of ERP with strong MS Dynamics 365 / D365)



Client is open to Remote and have the candidate travel when needed based on project.

25% Travel Required  - (Up to 25% travel is required for this role.  Travel is based on project needs.  At this time the client is adhering to travel restrictions but candidates must be willing to travel once restrictions are lifted)

•    Location: Open, REMOTE plus Travel, 
•    these are permanent-direct hire roles only.

The Ideally candidate will be technical BSAs with Dynamics 365 F&O experience, Or BSA with Dynamics AX experience specific to Finance & Operations. Candidate should have experience with either: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 Or Microsoft Dynamics AX

If candidates experience with D365 or AX is limited they MUST HAVE the minimum of 7 years+ experience with other ERP platforms in combination with Dynamics.  
•    7+ years’ Systems Analysis or Consulting experience required
•    7+ years’ ERP systems experience, including setting up and configuring a discrete manufacturing system, required
•    5+ years’ Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O experience preferred, including:
o    Proficiency at understanding the manufacturing workflow with the ability to translate to advanced warehouse configuration
o    Possesses advanced knowledge of creating, processing, and managing production batch orders
o    Ability to learn and work with a high volume of ISV’s
o    Possesses advanced knowledge in creating, managing, and processing sales quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and transfer orders
o    Ability to identify use cases for Power Platform apps including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
•    Possesses advanced knowledge of HTML and XML
•    Possess advanced knowledge of SQL and databases

The Business Systems Analyst III (BSA III) is an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to understand and document business processes and business requirements.  In this role, the BSA III will document current state “as-is” processes and drive consensus towards a desired “to-be” state.   Additionally, the BSA III is required to translate business requirements through analysis and design into high complexity functional solutions.  The BSA III plays a leadership role in the planning/analysis, design and testing phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects, as well as production support fixes, while working closely with business stakeholders and the entire project team to ensure project success.

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, Business management or equivalent work experience in a related field required
•    7+ years’ Systems Analysis or Consulting experience required
•    7+ years’ ERP systems experience, including setting up and configuring a discrete manufacturing system, required
•    5+ years’ Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O experience preferred, including:
o    Proficiency at understanding the manufacturing workflow with the ability to translate to advanced warehouse configuration
o    Possesses advanced knowledge of creating, processing, and managing production batch orders
o    Ability to learn and work with a high volume of ISV’s
o    Possesses advanced knowledge in creating, managing, and processing sales quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and transfer orders

•    2+ years of Metals industry experience preferred
•    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
•    Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint and Box
•    Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
•    Possesses advanced knowledge of HTML and XML
•    Understands advanced internet and client/server architectures
•    Possess advanced knowledge of SQL and databases
•    Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
•    Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
