Remote Service Ops Lead Analyst

Deerfield Beach, FL
Our direct current client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with the intent to improve the performance of a large B2B client services organization. This person will support a variety of initiatives in areas such as analytics, CRM/enablement tools, communications, and presentations.  This is a long term contract role and we can only work with W2 direct candidates.  No 3rd parties.  This role is 30 hours per week and has potential to be extended to 40, extend beyond the timeframe or possible conversion to direct hire depending on work load (TBD).

In this role you will help implement Salesforce.com delivery module and train the Service Delivery team. The lead analyst performs analysis on client delivery related data, develops fact-based recommendations and partners with cross-functional teams to implement the recommendations.

This role develops proactive analysis and reports to improve visibility of the delivery organization and to help leaders manage their teams.
The lead analyst also supports rollout of new enablement tools to the organization.
The lead analyst will support and coordinate implementation and maintenance of various delivery enablement tools.

The lead analyst will provide support to the delivery team to ensure proper usage and availability of systems.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM analytics role, preferably in B2B delivery or sales environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com is required
  • Experience with BI tools required.
  • Knowledge of operations and delivery processes is preferred.
  • Superior communication skills. Experience with presenting data to management.
