Help Desk Support Specialist

Phoenix, AZ
Atrilogy’s direct client is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ on a contract to hire basis.
(Weekly work schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, which includes 3 weekday and 1 weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday. The Shift will most likely start at 7:30 PM but need to be flexible)
Job Purpose: Provide exceptional customer support via telephone and email by applying basic understanding of computer systems, products, and services. Help maintain functionality and user satisfaction by answering questions and/or resolving routine problems.
Essential Job Results: 
  • Provides support by applying basic understanding of products, services, and computer systems.
  • Monitors and controls systems, applications, or equipment.
  • Resolves issues, including operations, set ups, error messages, password resets, on-line transactions, system status or downtime procedures.
  • Ensures user satisfaction by diagnosing and quickly resolving issues using established guidelines.
  • Takes the necessary steps to recognize, research, isolate and resolve problems. Escalates more complex problems as appropriate.
  • Provides accurate documentation of issues and activity by maintaining a trouble shooting tracking log.
  • Provides accurate accountability and shift transition.
  • Protects the company by handling business sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.
Required Experience/Skills: 
  • Minimum 12 months of professional Help Desk or Call Center experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge/experience
  • Experience performing password resets
  • Experience using help desk ticketing systems
  • Excellent documentation and customer service skills
