REMOTE: IT Project Coordinator

Atrilogy Solutions Group's direct client is looking to hire TWO REMOTE IT Project Coordinators for a 9-12-month CONTRACT role at their HQ in Overland Park, KS.
Strong potential for direct hire! 

Will be working REMOTE 
Monday-Friday work week

  • Support internal application development, data and infrastructure IT projects 
  • Track and update project plans and related technical documentation.
  • Support project management staff with various tasks such as change management, procurement, scheduling, process improvement, and meeting documentation.
  • Identify, track and report issues and assist identify ways to mitigate in support of the plan.
  • Document weekly status reports including project progress, key milestones, tasks accomplished, etc. 
  • Project closeout coordination including document control, checklist and closeout meetings.
  • Attend and support agile/scrum ceremonies for IT projects.
  • Assist in developing tools and techniques to track and monitor IT projects.
Qualifications
  • Must be skilled with use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Project or other means of building and tracking plans.
  • Familiar with use of Skype or other utility for working with remote sites.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for delivery of services to the business partner.
  • Ability to work with extremely busy teams and diverse roles and personalities across client teams to meet deadlines
  • Capable of embracing unexpected change in direction or priority
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new Project Management tools and methodologies
  • Strong customer focus.
Preferred
  • 2 or 4 year degree in business or computer studies.
  • Have 2+ years project management experience.
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiar with Daptiv and JIRA project management tools
