Process Engineer Sr. (FD 50276)

A direct client of Atrilogy Solution’s Group in Phoenix, AZ has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Process Engineer, on a contract to hire basis
 
Responsibilities:
  • Acquires and applies proficient knowledge of the business and process engineering discipline to include interviewing process actors, process mapping, time/motion analysis, and identification of constraints.
  • Leads and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams in business improvement and development initiatives using software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration, and continuous deployment industry standards to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
  • Utilizes broad knowledge of personas, SDLC tooling, and processes to support business problem analysis and determine the best methodology to remove constraints while maintaining software quality.
  • Drives improvement efforts based on analysis.
  • Analyzes processes to identify areas of improvement and provide appropriate analytics to facilitate business effort prioritization.
  • Conducts basic statistical analysis.
  • Resolves issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present process and process changes to leaders.
Professional Experience/Technical Tools

Required Experience:
  • A min. of 3 years experience in business and process engineering discipline to include interviewing process actors, process mapping, Gap analysis, time/motion analysis, and identification of constraints.
  • A min. of 3 years experience leading and facilitating cross-functional, collaborative teams in business improvement and development initiatives using software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration, and continuous deployment industry standards to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
  • A min. of 3 years experience utilizing a broad knowledge of personas, SDLC tooling, and processes to support business problem analysis and determine the best methodology to remove constraints while maintaining software quality.
