Service Delivery Coordinator

Tampa, FL
A direct client of Atrilogy Solutions Group has an immediate opening for a Service Delivery Coordinator in Tampa, FL.  The position is currently offered on a contract-to-hire basis.
 
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of basic telecommunication services
  • 2+ years in the telecommunications industry (operations, outside plant, and/or fiber optic experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with the project management process
  • Skilled in the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work meticulously on a project which has a lot of moving parts
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for regulatory documentation and telecom close-out packages
  • Work directly with the OSP (Outside Plant) team, Project Managers, and end customers
  • Manage the entire delivery process
  • Interface directly with customers to communicate schedule, project statues, issues, and responses to questions (may include face to face meetings, e-mail correspondence, conference calls, etc.)
  • Handle and resolve customer problems which are escalated for management attention
