Atrilogy's direct Client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer for a 6+ Months contract ​ in Boston, MA

Our software engineers play a key role on our incubator teams, making the ideas we research and refine through user testing come to life by building prototypes and iteratively evolving them into scalable products. Our incubator teams are empowered to move quickly and operate independently, so our engineers are involved in every step of the process from design through deployment. We believe strongly that it is our responsibility to continuously improve both as engineers and as a team every iteration so we write automated tests as part of our development workflow, practice pair programming, perform peer code reviews, and share knowledge in weekly tech talks. We use modern technologies and are always open to improving our tools and our process.
The Expertise We’re Looking For 
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or other related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineer role
  • Rapidly develop enterprise software based on requirement documents, prototypes, or verbal requirements 
  • Learn and adopt new concepts & technologies quickly and implement them effectively in projects
  • Work across peer groups to resolve and understand complex technical/design issues.
  • Talent for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code
  • Experience with middleware Java stack, messaging technologies and web containers 
  • Experience with client side tech stack: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and Angular
  • Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

The Skills You Bring
  • Proven track record designing and building complex end-to-end systems (full stack developer)
  • Angular, Java, Node.js development experience
  • You can write thin client and service layer code with equal proficiency, quality and passion.
  • You can deliver maintainable, extensible, reusable and performant solutions
  • Experience with frontend web-based technologies (HTML, CSS & JavaScript frameworks)
  • Strong Object-Oriented skills and experience with UML
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt diverse technologies
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy etc. is a plus.
  • Motivated, self-directed, results oriented
