OnBase Enterprise Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Atrilogy's direct Client is seeking an OnBase Enterprise Administrator in Phoenix, AZ, for a 6+ months contract. 

Description of Duties: 
25% - Administer daily OnBase user & group setup, permissions and privileges required for all client Division OnBase end-users
25% - Install OnBase required Thick or Unity Client(s)
25% - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with DIP processes and Scheduled Jobs for all client Division OnBase end-users
25% -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with OnBase overlay feature, including configuring new Overlay(s) as requested by for all client Division OnBase end-users

Required Skills:
•    5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Office
•    5-10 years of experience and Knowledge/support of OnBase Server architecture, location, and functionality
•    5-10 years of experience and Knowledge of all current running XML, DIP, and COLD jobs configurations and locations of the backup and error files
•    5-10 years of experience and Knowledge of OnBase job schedule process and how to change if necessary
•    5-10 years of experience and Knowledge of how to commit jobs that may run over night as scheduled jobs, and expert knowledge of any associated error message(s)
•    5-10 years of experience and Knowledge/support of files and backup locations
•    5-10 years of experience and understanding for creating new documents and processes within the OnBase system

Nice-To-Have Sills:
•    5-10 years of experience in OnBase Certified Workflow Admin (OCWA)
•    5-10 years of experience in Active Directory, SharePoint, Office suite, etc.
•    5 years of experience and Knowledge of Cherwell, Service Desk, or some other system used to track tickets
