Atrilogy is looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager who is results driven with the proven ability to lead a team to success. This position is responsible for driving growth in a diverse Equipment, Professional Services, and Hosted & Managed Services sales organization in the Eden Prairie, MN area. The District Sales Manager leads the sales team focused on Hosting Solutions (Colocation, Cloud, Managed Services, Application Management, Consulting / Advisory Services and Implementation Services), while effectively promoting a wide variety of IT on-premise, Data Center and IT Managed Services solutions and related products and services.
The District Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned market. This position staffs and directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s vision and values. The District Sales Manager will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in their assigned area and will contribute to the development of training and educational programs for his or her sales team, and for clients. This position works collaboratively with the District Sales Manager – Hardware counterpart to ensure all aspects of the Client's portfolio are properly represented across the assigned region.
