Atrilogy Solutions Group’s direct client is searching for a VoIP Network Engineer in Denver, CO for a contract to hire opportunity. This candidate will work with the Telecommunications Team in this role and will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance support of the VoIP infrastructure. Develops and implements scalable Cisco collaboration solutions for clinical and campus environments including: Cisco VoIP design/implementation/escalation support (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, CER, Telepresence, IM&P, Expressways, Cisco Meeting Server, WebEx, Spark, and voice gateways), QOS configuration and support, maintaining monitoring and management solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco UCCX(includes scripting), Cisco Finesse, Cisco Emergency Responder, Microsoft Lync, Cisco Presence, Cisco Expressways, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Spark, Cisco Telepresence, MGCP, SIP, H.323, T.38 Faxing Protocol, Voice and Data Circuit Provisioning/Troubleshooting, Analog Technologies, Video Conferencing, Network Concepts, Network Management Software. UCCE experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain concepts and problems to employees and clients in non-technical terms.
