A direct client of Atrilogy Solutions Group in Scottsdale, AZ is looking to add to their growing helpdesk team. These Helpdesk Analysts will provide support to internal end users on a variety of hardware and software applications. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping others are the most important aspects of this role.
Please note that these roles will require you to work weekends as a part of your regular shift. Hours range from 4AM to 6PM and the service desk is open 7 days a week. Your days off will be consecutive/together. Our client prefers to have their helpdesk engineers work a 4 X 10 shift, so you’ll have 3 days off every week.
