Training Supervisor

Location: SeaTac, WA
Atrilogy Solutions Group's direct client is seeking a tech-savvy Training Supervisor in SeaTac, WA to join them on a 5+ month contract basis. This individual will help oversee corporate university operations, a portfolio of learning and technology adoption projects, and provide expert guidance/mentoring to our training team members.
The ideal candidate is true “people-person”: customer-eccentric, passionate about mentoring others, a strategic problem solver, a detail-oriented planner and a highly-effective communicator. This is a Monday-Thursday on-site position, you can work remotely every Friday.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, HR, Education or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of corporate training experience, 3 years in a leader capacity
  • Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of innovative large-scale learning programs
  • Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks / projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, time-critical, high-performance rapidly changing environment with minimal daily oversight.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and business partners.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to potentially travel on 1-2 days per month (primarily west coast cities).
  • Supervise corporate university program operations (classes and learning events).
  • Oversees and tracks portfolio of learning and technology projects (assigned to team members).
  • Assists and mentors team members (as needed) with the intake, planning, preparation, implementation/execution of training and technology adoption projects.
  • Provides “resourceful” support to ensure projects are successfully completed on-time, within budget, in alignment with company and branding standards, and on-target with leadership and learning objectives.
  • Collects and analyzes data to measure training quality and effectiveness, develops reports as needed.
  • Develops and deploys timely organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of learning events and resources.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Training Team by identifying ways to continuously improve processes.
