Administrative Assistant / Contract Specialist

Location: Centennial, CO
Growing organization is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with experience providing contract management and administrative duties in our Centennial/DTC office.
 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracts Management
  • Prepare contract documents
  • Manage relationships with consultants/employees
  • Assist with variety of office duties and special projects
  • General Administrative duties – phones/office management/employee communications
 
Accounts Payable Processing
  • Prepare incoming vendor invoices and supporting documentation
  • Entering data and coding invoices
  • Assist with electronic filing/storage of supporting documentation
  • Assist with vendor questions/concerns
 
General Administrative Duties
  • Answer phones
  • Manage office
  • Assist with office parties, holiday events, etc..
 
CORE COMPETENCIES / SKILLS NEEDED
  • Friendly and communicative, ability to work independently and in team
  • Strong organization skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, processes and procedures
