Sr. Systems Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Atrilogy is looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to work for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct hire/full time role with a client that offers an excellent company culture
 
This person will be responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting to keep all of servers, network, internet—including desktops and laptops, applications, printing services, and VoIP phones—in tip-top condition. This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing company.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and maintenance of virtual and physical server hardware
  • Configure servers and workstations for a HIPAA compliance within the company.
  • Assemble, implement, and configure network hardware and softw
  • Troubleshoot and configure various LAN/WAN hardware, including switches and wireless access poi
  • Schedule repairs for various equipment contra
  • Document standards, problem resolutions, and procedures.
 
Requirements:
 
  • At least five years of experience supporting MS Windows Server environment (Windows Active Directory, Imaging Servers, File Servers)
  • Ability to author and troubleshoot scripting languages
  • Proven ability to effectively operate and troubleshoot Windows and MacOS hardware
  • Experience supporting ShoreTel VoIP or similar phone systems
  • Experience managing a medium-sized network infrastructure (Cisco)
  • Experience in a high availability 99.99% environment preferred.
  • Availability to be on call 24/7 when needed
  • Availability to work on weekends and evenings as needed
 
Preferred:
  • Experience with help desk/IT ticketing systems
  • Security+, CCNA, MCA, MCSE/MCSA
  • Experience with cloud applications, Google Apps,
  • Experience with Hypervisor technologies (Hyper-V or VMWare)
  • 3 years: Experience managing a medium-sized network infrastructure (Cisco)
  • 3 years: Experience supporting ShoreTel VoIP or similar phone system
  • 5 years: Experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS hardware
  • 3 years: Experience authoring and troubleshooting scripting languages
