Our direct and current client is seeking an BSA II to join their Product Management ERP Team. In this role you will be tasked with working with Business users to support the transactional daily business flow, assist with medium to complex system and process trouble-shooting. You may also get involved in such projects as operational process efficiency research, we well as supporting business critical functions such as ERP implementations to/from other ERP systems. Background in support for example the interaction between PO and AP as well as Customer Orders vs. Vendor Orders and knowing the difference between the functions is a key aspect of this role. Being able to spot anomalies in data or data source while researching is also a key attribute for this person. We are working directly with this client and hiring manager. Business Relationship Management - Ability to engage business sponsors and contribute to their targeted business outcomes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
5+ years ERP systems experience required
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint and Box
Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
Possesses intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
Understands intermediate Internet and client/server architectures
Possesses intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Other duties as requested including but not limited to: After-hours 2nd tier application support, operational Physical Inventory support, SME support for peripheral projects affecting supported companies
