Compensation Analyst / HR Generalist

Location: Kenilworth, NJ
Atrilogy’s direct client in Kenilworth is seeking an HR Generalist with heavy Compensation experience to join their team in a contract role.  This person will be responsible for writing policies related to compensation & benefits, job descriptions, internal communications, and assist in transitioning support of HR functions to appropriate outsourcing partners.  This individual will work closely with HR leadership and internal employees to scale capacity within the HR department in the short-term and help the organization in driving resolution on key HR initiatives.

Tasks:
  • Compensation Analysis - Creating and managing the plans, or salary surveys, market pricing positions and interpreting that data. 
  • Write policies/processes
  • Create job descriptions/job evaluation (FLSA)
  • Employee Relations
  • Benefit/Leave Management
 
Requirements:
  • Significant Compensation experience that includes writing and managing comp plans, analyzing jobs from a comp perspective, writing job descriptions, salary surveys and reviews. 
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, including hands-on background in compensation & benefits analysis and administration.
  • Top-notch written skills for developing company-wide HR communications.
  • Compensation experience
  • Advanced excel skills for analysis are required.  VLookups/Pivot Tables/Arrays
