CRM Business Systems Analyst - Dynamics

Location: Kenilworth, NJ

Our direct client is looking for a CRM Business Systems Analyst to join their team in a direct-hire role at their Kenilworth, NJ facilities.  Our current client is embarking on an enterprise-wide implementation of MS Dynamics 365 and is seeking a BSA that has previous experience in support of a related ERP/CRM platforms.  In this role, you will be responsible for build, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365, including managing workflows, user access issues, data anomalies, and acting as an escalation point for the support team.
 
You will serve as the functional/technical point of contact between operations and new deployment, and be a key contributor to optimizing & enhancing CRM systems to allow the business to fully capitalize on the features & flexibility within their systems.  You will be involved in implementing new feature sets, and be responsible for working with documented requirements to develop functional documentation, as well as configuring workflows and building-out the design for new Dynamics 365 functionality.
 
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing & supporting Tier-1/Tier-2 CRM systems, such as MS Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.  Dynamics experience is a huge plus, but client will consider experience with other systems, provided you have a strong functional understanding of CRM systems and business flows within.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for MS Dynamics 365 for Operations ongoing maintenance, upgrades, end user access, and configuration. (While MS Dynamics experience is preferred, client will also consider other ERP environments, understanding of how financials operate, their interdependence etc. is most important.)
  • Participate in all phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition, solution design, test execution, and implementation of business applications.
  • Work with Director of Business Systems to analyze and validate the business needs of project stakeholders.
  • Complete applicable project-related documentation, including; design specifications, application test plans, test cases and scripts, and provides criteria for Instructional Design 
  • Perform impact analysis of changes to an application or technology platform.
  • Manage small to medium-sized solutions, such as; minor enhancements, reports development, and application of hot fixes for MS Dynamics.
  • Works closely with the Applications Support, Service Delivery Management, and other Application Management teams to ensure the business systems and system implementations are supported appropriately.
  • Participate in Project Intake Phase to help develop appropriate time and cost estimates for discovery and high-level requirements definition.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap for selected business applications and systems.
