E-Learning Program Manager

Location: SeaTac, WA
We are seeking a passionate, creative, customer-centric learning and development professional to serve in the role of Technology Training Program Manager. This is a Lightweight team; training dev leads, several contractors to develop the content and support 23,000 employees.
    Primary Responsibilities
  • Simultaneously usher multiple technology adoption and training solutions to completion
(Projects often span across different workgroups and locations.)
  • Utilizing training expertise (specifically superior needs analysis skills), partner with internal customers to formulate and deliver technology learning solutions (using various modalities)
  • Depending on the project – personally author, edit and distribute training materials and communication collateral (print & digital). This will require close collaboration with training team members and other departments.
  • Get familiar with the entire organization
  • Intro to project stakeholders;
  • Get a taste of different learning styles across the divisions;
  • Establish relationships;
  • Then cut them loose on different projects
Day in the Life:
  • Take ownership of different items on list of projects and run with it;
  • Drive the projects;
  • Escalate as needed;
Some travel involved – max 3x per month (SFO, NYC, VAN, primarily west coast)
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Education or Computer or equivalent practical experience
  • Dive in and help with development & training content; print, electronic, web-based;
    Strong needs analysis skills to partner with different leaders to figure out how to train up different workgroups;
  • 3+ years Project Management
    Self-motivated and creative, with the demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment, ability to learn fast and work independently
  • Outstanding work ethic (acts with integrity, professionalism and discipline)
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas concisely both in verbal and written presentations with strong interpersonal skills
  • World-class customer service orientation
  • Media asset production skills (print and digital media)
  • 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design and or communications
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or similar
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical into easy to understand
  • Tech-savvy, advanced technical aptitude in Microsoft Office 365 apps
  • Experience in adult learning theory
  • Ability to travel with advance notice (west coast, 1-3x per month, 1-2-night trips)
    •        Previous experience in end-user technology adoption
    •        Prior experience in the marketing of training and or employee programs
    •        Experience with Learning Management Systems
    •        Graphic design skills
