IT Business Partner – Consumer Interaction

Location: Irvine, CA
Our Direct client in Irvine, California is hiring a full time IT Business Partner- Consumer Interaction for a full time opportunity
This role will serve as the primary IT point of contact for business and will serve as the strategic interface for business technology strategy development, solution discovery, and service management. This will be a dynamic role supporting all IT related topics for our client’s Consumer Experience Group in their mission to drive consumer centricity and optimize user experience. This role will support multiple projects simultaneously and will be the bridge for IT related topics
  • Establish an IT hub in US to support the Region RNA (US & Canada) in improving the Consumer Experience.
  • Bridge the gap between the IT departments and other business departments concerning B2C online topics
  • Advises business owners in regard to available IT solutions and guides them in decision making
  • Support custom content management systems, including identifying and implementing enhancements
  • Collect requirements from business and coordinate the implementation with headquarter
  • Drive technical efficiencies and revenue growth by developing new features and optimizing user flows
  • Champion standardization of business processes alignment with Information Technology landscape
  • Anticipate proactively business needs and configure/manage the delivery of these IT solutions
  • Establish an engagement model between the IT organization and the Business
  • Manage services provided to business through existing and new technology
  • Gather business needs and gains alignment between business needs and technical capabilities
  • Project management of regional aspects of global IT initiatives or tactical local IT initiatives
  • Report appropriate metrics to executive management
  • Coordinate and execute rollout projects
  • Coordinate and manage offshore teams
  • Document processes and provide user training
  • Manage third party partners
  • Understand complex and varied system landscapes
  • Has an ambition to get a deep technical understanding of our IT products

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize projects as per the needs of the business.

  • Strong Technical background with a marketing thought process
  • Strong Experience in SAP
  • Strong Experience in Hybris CMS
  • Experience working around web applications using HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, ASP.NET, and SQL database.
  • Experience with JIRA, Agile development and project management
  • Experience managing offshore teams
  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, computer science or other related technical degree
  • 5 years full-time experience supporting web applications for digital marketing, ecommerce and social media
  • Experience in IT management, within a matrixed global business across different time zones
  • Has the knowledge and experience partnering with both business stakeholders and IT professionals
