Peoplesoft HR/Payroll Functional/Technical

Location: Erlanger, KY
Our direct client is seeking to hire a Peoplesoft HR/Payroll Functional/Technical for a Full Time Direct Hire resource for their location in Erlanger, Kentucky. 
 
Full Time Direct Hire
Working a 4 day (10 hours per day, work week)
Onsite work week
Will hire from a phone interview and Skype
Will consider non-local talent and pay for relocation

Ideally 60% Functional and 40% Technical. Looking for a good blend Functional/Technical.

Must have demonstrated software & business acumen so that they can create and communicate solutions to IS peers and business stakeholders alike.  Should be effective in requirements gathering/fit gap & design documentation, with hands on experience delivery both configurable and technical solutions.

Skills
  • Min 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft
  • At least one or more PeopleSoft project implementations.
  • Min 3 + years of PeopleSoft HR, Payroll experience
  • Skilled candidate with experience in the HR/Payroll areas of an organization. 
  • Must have demonstrated technical skills so that they can support a high availability payroll environment
  • Understanding and application of Fluid interface technology a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated functional skills and a good grasp of the configurable aspects of North American Payroll. 
  • The candidate must be able to relate to payroll business partners and HR partners alike to understand and apply solutions to problems; production support and projects. 
 
Technical Skills
  • (i.e. People Code/App Designer, SQR, App Engine, COBOL, SQL Server/Query). 
  • Able to Troubleshoot programs
  • Some coding
  • Analysist
 
Nice to Have
  • Additional experience in FSCM a plus.
  • Payroll certification a plus.
  • Benefits administration skills a plus. 
  • Healthcare industry experience desire
