Product Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Atrilogy Solutions Group is presently seeking a Technical Product Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Alpharetta, GA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping global Business Unit’s Technology Officer and their Business Partners to align our client’s overall IT Strategy.  As a strategic technology consultant, you will help to improve the ever-expanding utilization of technology as a competitive advantage on a world-wide scale and help leverage technology in innovative ways. You will be closely collaborating with the Technology Strategy leaders of other business units and our Innovation teams- driving collaboration and improving the delivery of business solutions for sponsors, stakeholders, and users. The role will have a solid reporting line to the Global Assurance IT Strategy and Architecture Leader.

The Technical Product Manager will partner effectively with the Assurance Chief Product Owner(s), Product Owners, Product Owner Proxies, IT Service Delivery Leaders and Managers, Strategy leaders, Architecture leaders, UX/UI/CX leaders, Quality and Testing leaders, and Business Analysts to create:
 
  • Develop and maintain a modern, compelling, well-accepted technology capabilities and ecosystems Roadmap.
  • Champion the functional and capabilities and business-architecture-driven rationalization of legacy technologies to our strategic ecosystems and platforms.
  • A compelling shared vision for the future of technology solutions.
  • Regular additions to product backlogs driven by insights gained from user experience tests, observations, system usage and log analytics, and innovative ideas gleaned from external Product Management circles.
  • accurate and insightful analysis of direct and indirect competitor technology strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.
  • Provide useful summaries of emerging technologies and their potential value to, or disruption to, our Assurance technology ecosystems, platforms and capabilities.
  • Develop a practical approach to realizing the technology and business strategies, guide their implementation
  • Act as a strategic technology consultant and provide Thought Leadership that helps achieve its strategic growth vision.
  • Influence the Strategic Innovation Agenda for the Business Unit in close collaboration with our client’s Innovation Center, Assurance Digital and Innovation leaders and Assurance IT leaders.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and propose corrective actions if needed.
  • Help drive strategic direction of major transformation activities, assess new project demand for strategic fit.

  • Demonstrates a proven track record for having successfully influenced, and delivered, innovative technology capabilities across the portfolio of a large, multinational enterprise using SAFe or similar (as well as small, nimble startups using agile methods, preferred)

  • Strategic thinking / visioning – You are able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way. You determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
  • UX Experience – You have created product wireframes and flows before.
  • Analytical skills – You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. You exhibit a probing mind and achieve penetrating insights.
 
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • In depth experience in Product Management
  • A wealth of experience in IT in settings of complex Enterprise solutions
  • Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent, a Bachelor degree required or equivalent
