Logistics Materials Coordinator

Location: Henderson, CO
Atrilogy Solutions Group’s direct client is searching for a Logistics Materials Coordinator to join their team in Henderson, CO on a contract to hire basis. Our client needs someone to run the logistics warehouse and help coordinate with contractors and internal Employees for delivery of Telecom equipment and materials. Logistics/warehouse experience and someone to take ownership of this position.  Help with run rates and when to order new equipment.  Be able to manage constant flow of equipment & contractor-vendor-employee pickups.  Salesforce previous experience would be great but otherwise just need good Excel tracking & Microsoft computer knowledge.  If previous OSHA training or certification with forklift helpful: otherwise our client will do safety training.  
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics/ qualifications:
  • Experience in a telecom/technical equipment environment
  • Experience managing high value, sensitive electronic assets
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Ability to use digital information systems (SF.com, UPS/FedEx reporting, etc.)
  • Strong Excel, Outlook/Gmail skills
  • Excellent communication skills and approach in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with RMA management a strong positive
  • Facilitate shipment of assets from point of decom in the field to the Thornton Warehouse
  • Physically receive inventory into the Thornton Warehouse
  • Logically receive inventory into SF.com
  • In cooperation with SPG, review inventory for use as Critical, deployable or excess inventory
  • Distribute critical spares to the field
  • Distribute deployable inventory to Deployable warehouse(s)
  •  In cooperation with SPG, facilitate distribution of excess materials to open market or manage disposal of equipment
  • Maintain inventory and financial records of decom equipment
  • Report on all aspects of the decom program.
Supporting the RMA Process:
  • Facilitate shipment of assets from point of failure in the field to the Thornton Warehouse
  • Physically receive failed equipment into the Denver Warehouse
  • Logically receive inventory into SF.com
  • Determine warrantee status of failed equipment
  • Determine appropriate disposition of failed equipment (OEM repair, Third Party repair, Dispose)
  • Initiate RMAs with repair agent
  • Manage shipment and return of equipment to Denver warehouse
  • Manage distribution of repaired equipment to field spares storage location
  • Manage approvals/records of disposed equipment
  • Review / report billing, costs and performance of RMA/Warrantee vendors
Maintain SF.com records:
  • Time reporting
  • Inventory
  • Expenses
