Creative Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA
             Atrilogy Solutions Group has an immediate need for a “go-to” Marketing Manager to join and support our client’s hyper-growth division with marketing communications. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working for a well-known company located in Alpharetta, GA. This role is charged with creating experienced-infused communications to our client’s target audiences that includes external clients, their workers, along with internal associates.

This person must be sharply adept at both the thought-leadership theories in Mar Comm, but also practice. A master at execution, this person can craft strategy, develop marketing communication plans, present them to key executive stakeholders to generate buy-in, coordinate the execution and be a strong creative contributor when needed.

It’s your role to understand the business models and deep challenges of our internal clients. You define the role digital communications plays in transforming our business and you create roadmaps to get there.

The ideal candidate must be a digital first thinker who brings a strong point of view to: mobile strategies for physical experiences, product and system design, large transformational projects, monetization strategy and roadmap development. You have the ability to independently pull research, data and analytics to build business cases that inform strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop communication touch-point strategic direction for the business — Determine the game-plan to drive overall communication approach across target audience, messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Create overarching communication platforms and programs to drive engagement against strategic initiatives across clients, worksite employees and internal associates.
  • Support leadership in effectively communicating key product, service, pricing, compliance, and other functionally led initiatives. Includes ongoing management of client/worksite employee portal and newsletter communication.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize communication effectiveness using internal employees to drive client/WSE awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal resources across organization to effectively go-to-market across a variety of initiatives.


Experience:
  • At least 3 years marketing experience in a PR, ad agency or marketing department creating targeted and measured programs deployed across a variety of touch-point channels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel.
  • You have regularly produced highly visible material for senior level executives in various forms — speeches, presentations, public press announcements.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and gaining approvals from stakeholders.
  • Is detail oriented and has high degree of quality control or proof reading skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in matrix environments and managing external partners.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to develop strategic communications for different audiences inclusive of B2B, B2C and employees.
  • Can inspire and motivate others to new thinking and ideas (sell the work)
  • You have handled highly sensitive confidential information with the utmost ethical practice.
  • Strategic thinker with broad perspective and, at the same time, demonstrates an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and the ability to apply that knowledge to marketing strategies.


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.
 
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
·          MBA is preferred.
